Broccoli Burgers - ½ Broccoli, 500g Brazil Nuts, 4-5 Big Carrots, 1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley, Salt - Use high speed blender or food processor to cut the broccoli and the carrots. Put them in a bowl. Grind the Brazil nuts and add to the vegetables. Add all the other ingredients and, using your hands, give it a good mix. Form little burgers. Put them in a dehydrator overnight.
