Wax on paper is a brushed encaustic technique which retains the most photographic detail. We start with a fine art print on watercolor paper. We hand tear the edges for a beautiful deckled edge, then brush the photograph with organic beeswax. Next, we enhance the image using oil paints that compliment the image
