Easy, gluten-free, low-carb, and nutrient-dense bagels- yes please! Ingredients are in the video :) Cooking Instructions: * Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. * In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower, flour, cheese, + baking powder. Stir.
Add in 3 eggs-mix well. * Using a ½ cup measuring cup, pack in the batter well. Place on the baking sheet. * Using your finger, place it in the center of the batter + make a circle to form a round bagel. * In a separate bowl, scramble the remaining egg. Using leftovers means less waste and my shrimp cakes are healthier because they have less “filler” and get in a serving of leafy greens! MIX: chopped leftover garlic shrimp and toss into a bowl with sautéed shallots and spinach, gluten-free panko breadcrumbs, an egg, sea salt, & lemon zest. MAKE: Mix. Form. Spray with oil on both sides. Air-Fry @ 400 degrees F x3-4 minutes/side or until they are browned and well-warmed.
