This is a species of epidendrum not a hybrid. The red color is very uncommon. They grow relatively fast. The larger plants in the photos are 2 years old. It helps to use a trellis if you want them to grow upright. This epidendrum can be grown as an epiphyte, but they seem to prefer growing in very light soil. I mist with water every other day.
