New Handmade Card Making Technique - Pigment Sprinkles and Silhouette Scenes Stamp Set | Stampin Up
Today I want to share with you a fun new technique using pigment sprinkles to create beautiful watercolor backgrounds. We made these cards at my friend Becky's workshop. She loves bright, happy colors and fun techniques so I decided to play with our Pigment Sprinkles. We used the Sweet Silhouette dies seen here in Black and White. The Pigment Sprinkles are sprinkled over the watercolor paper and then we spritzed with water to blend them.
