Quinoa & Cauliflower Cakes 1 cup quinoa - cooked 12 cups cauliflower florets - cooked & riced garlic 4 large eggs 1 1⁄3 cups crumbled feta cheese 3⁄4 cup rolled oats sea salt & black pepper 2 tbsp coconut oil, or olive oil, for frying Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for 30 mins to set. Form into patties (makes 12) and fry in pan.
