These little beauties are very carefully hand painted with soft, fall colors with patterns. I spend many hours and days, searching the woods for perfect acorns! Then to preserve them, they are cleaned in bleach water and baked for several hours to dry and kill the insects inside. Once they are dry, I attach them to trays and hand wash each one again. I paint 2-3 coats of base paint on every acorn, (without tops on them) Then I carefully hand paint each acorn with a large variety of patterns…
