How much you eat has little to do with how hungry you are! It's nutrients that your body is asking for. Make sure you've got a good balance of protein, complex carbs, veggies and healthy fats at meal times so that you feel properly satisfied.
Stretching and practicing yoga almost everyday for the past 2 months has been so amazing, I feel way more energized and connected. My mini photographer lady is getting better with the whole photo thing too!
