CHEDDAR BACON POTATO PACKETS
Cheddar Bacon Potato Packets--These are great for summer because you can easily make them on the grill. Throw some steaks on the grill, too, and you have an amazing meal and no heating up the house. But these are easily made in your oven too (see notes below for directions).

Bacon-Cheese Potatoes(would be good in ind. or lg. foil packet on fire camping)..recipe calls for crock pot but one comment on the blog said this: "I cooked them in the oven at 400 degrees for an hour in a 9 x 13 baking dish covered tightly by aluminum foil and they turned out delicious." Ground Beef Onion Potatoes Baby Carrots Aluminum Foil Dale's Sauce (optional) Instructions Make patties out of the ground beef. Peel and slice onion. Slice potatoes into chunks. Place each patty in the center of a large sheet of foil. Top with onion, potatoes, and carrots. Add 2 T of sauce, if using. Close packet and seal well. Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour, or until done.

So Garlic Pepper Prepare two large rectangles of heavy duty aluminum foil. In the centre of each place ½ of the sliced vegetables. Dot with butter and season with Sunset Seasoned Salt, Oh! So Garlic and pepper. Fold and seal foil packets. Preheat grill to medium placing vegetable packets on grill. Cook with lid closed for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
