Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites: Slice banana and add almond butter or peanut butter between 2 slices. Place on wax paper and freeze for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and dip in bowl containing a mixture of 1 cup melted chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk, or white) and 1 teaspoon of canola or vegetable oil. Re-place on wax paper and freeze again. After 1 hour serve or package in freezer-safe container for storage.
