Self watering hanging basket - Stand basket on a wide pot for stability. Add special basket liner. Lay a circle of plastic bag to act as a reservoir. Cut out a few evenly spaced crosses around the sides of the liner. Add a layer of potting soil to bottom. Wrap paper around the root ball of each ivy(or any plant) and push them through the holes in the sides. Add more plants and soil.
