Air-Fried Plantains with Vegan Jerk Tahini Sauce 2 ripened, peeled plantains Cooking oil spray 1 pinch salt 1 tbs chopped, fresh cilantro 2 tbs tahini 1/2 tsp jerk paste 1/4 tsp sea salt Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp water 1/2 tsp maple syrup Cut plantains into 1/2" diagonal slices, spray with oil & sprinkle w/salt.
