“Rose” Beef Bites are a pretty way to serve a roast beef canapé for a party! This is my favorite kind of appetizer since you can mix your horseradish cream and assemble the beef in advance, rolling into a small rosette. To make horseradish cream, mix 1/2 cup sour cream or creme fraiche with 1 tablespoon grated horseradish and salt and pepper.
