Balisian Warriors Guild Member. Chamber Chief Speaker. The Chamber Chief Speaker represents the Council of Three during open and closed assemblies at Virdeo Tower and acts as their chief Counsel. Assemblies are held to maintain order, tradition, and allow for total interactions and contribution. Most of the Balisian Warriors Guild is made up of Balisian Exiles (Balisian Traditionalists - loyal to Pre-Republic Balisian Customs)
