This is a nice delightful soup that is easy to prepare. I personally like to use the 1015's sweet mild onions when they are in season.

Recipe for Outbacks Creamy Onion Soup - unsure roux needs to cook for 30 minutes BEFORE liquid is added. Was yummy after cooking roux for 10 minutes.
