和菓子【ミモザ Mimosa〜練り切りNerikiri】 Though it is still January, neighboring mimosa is in full blossom. Scenery blooming in spring sunlight is very beautiful. So I cooked Nerikiri(Japanese sweets) which expressed mimosa. These sweets flavored with orange match tea , coffee and liquor well. I put a yellow cake on the blue dish, and moved small table by the window.
