Here’s what you need to know about going fretless.
Shark Attack Double Red Ale - Port Brewing Company, San Marcos, CA : An "unsettling bloodred" beer with a "thick beige foam" and aromatics featuring "huge, chewy Pacific hops and equally chewy caramel". A palate filling "caramel sweetness" is followed by an "alcohol bite" and then "hops muscle in", leaving an "astringent pucker".
Terrapin - Hopsecutioner IPA
Ninkasi Dawn of the Red India Red Ale (IPA) Pours a light golden-red and makes an off-white head with great lacing down the glass. Smells of malt and citrus and hops. Tastes of citrus and hops, but more like an IPA with some malt than a true red. Good beer though.
