Woodland, a new meat-centric bar and restaurant in Park Slope. Brendan Spiro of Vandaag consulted on the opening, and he's now working as the general manager. The menu includes a lot of roasted and grilled meats, plus raw bar items, salads, soups, a burger, bar snacks, and a few vegetable dishes.
