You shouldn't worry about yourself. If you spend the entire life thinking about how bad your life is or how "ugly" you are, you're missing what's truly important and what you could've been doing now instead of wasting your time on head-aching thoughts.
Most of the things you see on tv encourage people to look a certain way which is just unacceptable. This is one reason why people constantly worry about their appearance. Just to be good enough for other people and to be what people expect you to be. You shouldn't have that mindset because that will totally mess up yourself in and out.

That's so my story…I was always afraid and way too exhausted to talk because of my highly sensitivity, my class was so noisy. Classmates and teachers judge and criticize you all the time when you don't talk, they simply told me that I was wrong how I was.
