Refrigerator Oatmeal--6 no-cook flavors. Make ahead in individual mason jars for a quick, healthy grab-and-go breakfast.

Refrigerator Oatmeal--6 no-cook flavors. Make ahead in individual mason jars for a quick, healthy grab-and-go breakfast.

Power Mix Breakfast.  Delicious, filling, and easy to make. Ingredients:    1/2 Cup Old-Fashioned Oatmeal  2 TB Chia Seeds  1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Almost any milk will do, but this is what I use).  5oz Nonfat, Plain Greek Yogurt (I used Trader Joe’s brand with Fiber)  2-3 Packets of Stevia (or Truvia)  3-5 Large Strawberries (You can sub for any fruit, I recommend berries!)  Directions: Add all ingredients and refrigerate over night.
