Awesome idea for a large summer cookout or at the beach with family. Put shucked corn in a cooler. Pour boiling water over corn then close the cooler. In about 30 minutes you have perfectly cooked corn.
Have You Ever Heard of Cooler Corn? Use about 2 qts of boiling water per dozen shucked ears of corn. Let sit with lid closed for 30 mins, drain water from drain hole of cooler and leave lid down for up to 2 hours.
