Signed colour 4 x 6 photograph of Doss in a head and shoulders pose, in later life, saluting and wearing his uniform and medals. Signed ('Desmond T. Doss C.M.H.') in black ink to the lower white border, also adding the biblical reference 'Prov. 3:5, 6' in his hand beneath his signature.
