mushroom hotpot Ingredients Mushrooms: mai mushi, shimeji, enoki, eringing, etc… lots of them. Water 300 ml (1.3 cups approx.) Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoons Japanese dashi, mirin, and sake, 1/2 tablespoon each Chicken granules 1 tablespoon Grated ginger and garlic; reasonable amount May add meat, tofu, or bamboo etc…if desired. Put ingredients (minus mushrooms) in a pot. Place the loose mushrooms to cover. Put in the other ingredients as well (meat, tofu) if using. Bring to a boil then serve.
