7 Tage geschafft und ich kann sagen: Sehr anstrengend und meiner Meinung nach nicht unbedingt für Einsteiger geeignet. Ich habe selber als Einsteiger begonnen, aber es war sehr anstrengend! Mir haben die Steigerungen von einem Tag auf den anderen nicht gefallen, weil man an manchen Tagen einfach nicht alle vorgegebenen Übungen machen kann. Allerdings straffen die Übungen den Po und erkennt schon Ergebnisse (an Po und vorderem Oberschenkel) !
