DID YOU KNOW... Peacock is actually the correct term for the male species. Peachick is the term for the newborns. Peachicks do not grow their feathers until around three months. Until then, it's very hard to tell which gender it is because they look almost identical to the mother. One of the most important facts is that Peacocks do not have to be killed for their feathers.
