Healthy Clif Bars  (5g sugar/bar compared to 40-50g sugar/Clif bar)  1 1/2 cups of Gluten Free Rolled Oats 3 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder 1/2 cup of Puffed Quinoa  2 tsps of Cinnamon  1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 Tbsp of Nut/Seed Butter  4 Tbsp Date Paste (just soaked dates and a dash of hot water in the food processor) 2 1/2 Tbsp of flax Seeds 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
