HCG pesto sauce I make a huge batch of this each week and add it to zucchini spaghetti, HCG crab cakes, scrambled eggs and turkey patties. I love it! In your food processor, add fresh spinach, basil, 1/2 cup chicken broth, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Blend together. The amount if basil and lemon you use can greatly change the taste. I personally like a strong pesto with lots of basil but not as much lemon. Each serving of about a cup is less than 50 calories!
