This is such a great way to tell students what they can do after they have finished an activity, without having to take time out of your lesson to remind them. Also, it lets you change what their options are every day or even after every subject.

I really like these finisher task cards. After students complete their work early classroom management can be tricky. These reminders give them ideas of what they can do to use that time wisely.
