Pinner states, "created this NO MESS PAINTING for my infant and toddler classroom. They had a blast mixing the colors and making footprints. The infants even joined the action by having tummy time and exploring the colors. Very easy and cheap idea!
Use blue paper or poster board & white tempera paint (washes right off little feet! Sprinkle glitter on top of paint while wet for extra sparkle, and glue fake cotton "snow" or cotton balls to the bottom! Parents loved it!
I've made this project for every valentine's day for my infant classroom, now for my own babies. Sticker foam hearts onto paper, cut access paper off, glue on picture and pipe cleaner, add magnetic strip on back.
