Yesterday it was pouring with rain, cold & miserable so my folks, just back from a week in sunny Noosa, came over for a Craig Chapman Jamie Oliver lamb shank pig out! Evolution Carrot Salad from bhg.com via (I think) Jamie Oliver. I never seem to have all to the ingredients (like the seeds they call for, I have used toasted pine nuts instead) but it always turns out nicely. Good way to get a lot of carrots in.
