Rip Esselstyn's Big Breakfast Bowl  Recipe Courtesy of Rip Esselstyn, Adapted From 'The Engine 2 Diet' and re-adapted by me! - 1 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup blackberries, 3/4 cup Uncle Sam cereal (10g fiber, 7g protein & flaxseeds - sold in most local grocery stores), 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup of low-fat soy milk. It was filling, nutritious and delicious!  Beats bacon and eggs any day of the week because it is plant based with whole grains - mmmmm - ENERGY!
