Spatzle agli spinaci:400 gr di Spinaci lessati-300 gr di Farina-200 gr di Acqua-2 Uova intere-Sale Per condire:200 ml di Panna-150 gr di Speck spinaci frullati. aggiungiamo farina, sale, acqua, uova bollire l’acqua, saliamo e aggiungiamo un cucchiaio di olio EVO. Nel frattempo tagliamo a straccetti le fettine di speck e in una padella le rosoliamo con una noce di burro. Quando sono belle croccantine, aggiungiamo la panna e facciamo cuocere qualche minuto.
