there's always one thing, even if it's a tiny thing, that has been good today.
Today is Day and we are going to be working our Legs and Abs. I hope you all had a great day yesterday and were able to get in some cardio, but left the weights alone and rested up because today is going to be great leg day. Today I will be starting
1 October: Today I will be thankful for the small things. As I went throughout today I continually gave thanks for everything. Really made me realise how much I have to be grateful for. I am truly blessed!
Not everything has to be perfect today you can have days when you feel like shit when you feel strange unsure scared confused and lost - just know that you have tomorrow to pick yourself up again dust yourself off and start over better than before.
