Avoid people who mess with your head. Avoid people who intentionally and repeatedly do and say things that they know upset you. Avoid people who expect you to prioritize them but refuse to and won't apologize sincerely.
As someone who used to be friends with people that disregarded me and shut me out until I was battling depression I just want to say that this is beautiful and true and whoever reads this please don't forget it
Looks like she got all that she needed and wanted out of me just to destroy another person that she was jealous of- but not really- the loser is the user- Not the one who fell for the fakery and lies- Users fake friendships to get what they want from you
Detoxing from an unhealthy relationship is a process and it takes time. There will be good days & bad days. Just remember, it is very difficult to be an emotionally healthy person while closely attached to a toxic person.
