I got so excited I forgot to photograph the shrimp being added to the base. Anyway do add the shrimp to the base and cook for about 4 minutes, I raise the temperature a bit for this step. Then serve over rice. A side salad is nice too. Side Salad, Cherry Tomatoes, Meatless, Serve, Photograph, Minutes, Rice, Excited

Make some rice. I add a little olive oil, rinse the Basmati, then fry the rice, while stirring you want the rice coated with oil, for a minute or two, then add water or stock in the ratio of twice the volume of rice plus a little more to the pot. I then cook at medium heat until rice boils, then lower temp to low. Cook about 20 minutes on low until tender. Don't forget to make more shrimp stock with the shrimp peels. While the base stock is simmering, peel and devein the shrimp. I then split the shrimp in half, it kind of fools you into thinking your getting more shrimp to eat. The Fool, Splits, Peel, Half, Stock, Food
