Winter Berry Punch Jelly Shots..2 pt berries, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1/3 c sloe gin, 1/3 c creme de cassis (raspberry schnapps), 1/3 c St. Germain elderflower liqueur, 2 c flat ginger ale, 4 env plain gelatin..In bowl, smash 1/2 of berries w/back of wood spoon. Add zest & liquors, stir, set aside. Pour ale in pot, sprinkle w/gelatin. Let sit 2 min. Heat on low heat, stir constant, til gelatin dissolves. Remove, strain berry mix, press to remove liquid.
