France, 1380-1400 (BL Royal 20 C VII Chroniques de France ou de St Denis). You don't often get depiction of peasant solders this one is of the 'Jacquerie' peasant revolt of 1358. We have a scale bascinet with a mail aventail and a scale aventail. Also note the general use of padded armour, swords and the fact that some of these peasant rebels have copper alloy chapes, scabbard lockets and stud decorated belts.
