This photo was taken in Ta Prohm, a temple of Angkor, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia, September 2014. The photogenic and atmospheric combination of trees growing out of the ruins and the jungle surroundings have made it one of Angkor's most popular temples with visitors. UNESCO inscribed Ta Prohm on the World Heritage List in 1992. As well as, it's very popular because it was the scenery of the Lara Croft: Tomb Raider's film. 500px facebook Instagram

You don't need a drone to take amazing aerial shots of Angkor Wat. (In fact flying drones in Angkor Archaeological Park is not allowed without a hard-to-get permit.) Instead experience Angkor from above with @angkor.balloon a tethered helium balloon which ascends to approximately 100m for a true birds eye-view over Angkor Wat Phnom Bakheng and West Baray! - Photo courtesy of @craigelsonphotography.
