Book cupcakes

Those baby pinks and blues just don't cut it anymore. Parents are getting more creative with each year.

I used 4 inch skewers and printed book covers off of the internet...because they were on a round display, I made them double sided. At first it was overwhelming deciding which books to pick but then I decided since it was a birthday party, I would do all birthday, cake, party, etc themed books. If you were doing a picture book themed baby shower this would be a really cute idea too but using new baby themed books...

Such sweet cupcake toppers, perfect for adding a touch of whimsy to the top of your desserts or hors d'oeuvres! Each pick is made using hearts cut from a variety of vintage book pages and is double sided (so that there isn't front or back - they look amazing from every angle!).
