To make the tofu, I first of all cooked it in the air fryer at 200 decrees C/390 F for around 5 minutes. I then added it to a non-stick frying pan together with 2 tbsp tamari, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 3 tbsp water, and 1 tsp corn starch, and cooked that on a low-medium heat for around 2-3 minutes to allow ...
