I know i don't eat potatoes.but I could think of that as potato chips and prob be okay :). Better than fries! Cut potatoes almost all the way through, drizzle olive oil, butter, some sea salt, and pepper over top and bake @ 425 for 40 minutes

This would be a great healthy toddler snack. Blueberries covered in honey greek yogurt and frozen. Great healthy snack to have around when craving sweets. I am a huge fan of honey greek yogurt! These sound amazing.
