Due to the popular demand I am now offering plant dyeing starter kits. I started my plant-dyeing business in 2015, now I am sharing all I know with my kits and e-books. This starter kit is a curated selection of 3 dye plants and 3 modifiers, which allow you to dye 9-12 different colors. After testing the techniques on samples, you will be able to dye your own bandana. All fabrics come pre-mordanted, so that the kit is safe to use at home. Learn to dye with this easy kit! #dye #craft #kit #diy
This kit allows you to cut small pieces of the test fabric and experiment with three different dyes: madder, chamomile, and hollyhock. Once you get familiar with the techniques, dye a full piece with plants of your choice. You can use the dyed samples for small sewing projects or patch them together for a bigger piece. #patching #quilt #dyeing #botanical
This carefully curated dyeing kit includes 3 local dye plants to showcase the main properties of botanical colours. You will learn about extracting plant dyes, modifying them, and dyeing fabric.Every kit contains a piece of pre-mordanted organic cotton for you to run tests on and a pre-mordanted bandana for the main project - choose between organic cotton voile and hemmed silk. #textiles #crafting #diy #kit #tutorial

These 6 rolls of fabric are something I worked on for the past 8 months. Last year I got burned out (anyone still remembers the times when we were so busy we were getting a burn out??), because dyeing fabric for wholesaling was taking its toll on me. . There were two ways to tackle that: stop offering my bags all together (not cool) or find a way to outsource dyeing. Easy choice but not easy to do! Finding a local dyery that could do what I needed them to was a challenge. But finally I found o
