This Meaning, you also need to be doing active exercises as well. Such as mobility and strengthening! 🧘♂️ 💪 & “Fixing your posture”? This will do nothing. Actually, it is likely to make the knot you’re feeling worse! I’ll explain: When you try staying in the “Perfect posture” & try to bring your shoulders down and back, you are putting more stress on muscles that are clearly already overworked! 😮 When we get KNOTS or trigger points it’s typically because the muscle is overworked & weak and needs to be strengthened.
