Pull Apart Bread oder Zupfbrot ‚Caprese Style‘

Ihr benötigt folgendes:1 ganzes Bauernbrot, 200g Käse nach Wahl, Gouda, Cheddar oder ect, am Stück und in Scheiben geschnitten,5 Knoblauzehen, gepresst, 5 El Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, Schnittlauch, Petersilie, Frühlingszwiebel... Brot tief einschneiden, nicht ganz durch. Mit Käsescheiben füllen. Knoblauch mit Öl vermischen und das Brot einpinseln. Kräuter drüber streuen. Ev. etwas Salzen oder Pfeffern. Im vorgeheizten Backofen 200 Grad Ober Unterhitze ca. 20 - 25 min backen.
