Breakfast Ham & egg Cups To make this a Keto breakfast, I'll forgo the hash browns, use regular vs. reduced fat cheese, and ham that hasn't been sugar cured. Kirkland brand deli ham has no carbs!

bright and beautiful layer cake . luv this interpretation of the Rainbow Cake . not rainbow order, but the colors are there . thick frosting oozes out between layers .

1 baked potato 1 Tbsp butter 2 eggs 2 strips bacon, cooked. 2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped. salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the middle of each "bowl". Then gently break an egg into each "bowl", careful not to break the yolk. Top with bacon, cheese, parsley, and then season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 min.

Idaho baked egg potato This was a great fast meal! I zapped my potatoes in the microwave since I didn't have time to bake them properly. Overall great recipe.
