Strawberries and Cream oatmeal made w/ oat bran, strawberries, coconut milk or water and I added vanilla whey protein. AMAZING tastes like to sugary quaker junk but super healthy.

The whole cheesecake has around 300 calories and 40 grams of protein  crust: 1 Strawberry Cheesecake bar  1 tablespoon flax meal 3 tablespoons hot water Mix these together very well, and place in your lined pan 350f for 10 minutes. Cheesecake": 6oz strawberry @elliquark  2 egg whites 1/3 cup frozen strawberries 1 tablespoon coconut flour Place all the ingredients in your blender, and pour the mixture on your baked crust. Bake again for 30-35 minutes.
