This Red Stripes Detroit Style Pizza is so easy to make: I first baked the dough with grated mozzarella and then just added the tomato sauce after baking. For this Detroit Style pizza I par-baked the dough without any ingredients at 250 degrees for 8 minutes. Then I took the dough out of the pan and let it cool for 30 minutes. Then I put the dough back in the pan, topped it with smoked scamorza, onions and green peppers and baked it for another 10 minutes. The tomato sauce was then added to the top after baking. After dimpling, the dough rest again for 2 hours at room temperature. Then I topped it with cherry tomatoes, olive oil and salt. Baked in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
