This pie was baked with a homemade chestnut cream and mozzarella. After baking, I topped it with homemade cheddar chips and toasted walnuts. This gives a super delicious contrast between the slightly sweet chestnut cream and the flavourful cheddar chips! This is how we created this festive star pizza with baked camembert: the corners are filled with cheese and basil, the base is topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella and on top we added camembert. After baking the whole thing in the oven at 350 degrees C, we sliced the camembert open and started dipping. Merry Cheese-mas!
