Peanut Balls!!! I must say, these are quite intriguing to kids the first time they see them but oh so much fun! Sit and straddle the ball, the reach on either side. This works on core strength! Lay on your tummy (prone) while weight-bearing on the hands to complete a puzzle. This works on back, neck, shoulder and wrist strength! And my all time favorite....Roll the ball over a child's body with enough even pressure. This provides a calming, grounding sensation! HAVE FUN WITH THE PEANUT!
