Ich habe die Wildhefe mit kleingeschnittenen Obstresten (Bananenschalen, Apfelkerngehäuse, Ingwerreste, Mandarinenschalen...) angesetzt und bereits verschiedene Limonaden damit hergestellt: Mit einem Kaltauszug aus getrockneten Blüten & Kräutern, mit naturtrübem Bioapfelsaft & momentan kommt "Blubb" in Holundersaft. Demnächst sehe ich mal, wie sich die Wildhefe als Starter für Ginger Ale macht.
